Leathergoods grows by 25% in Q1 for LVMH

Luxury group LVMH has reported revenues of €10.8 billion for the first quarter of 2018, an increase of 10% compared to the same quarter last year.

Its leathergoods division brought in almost €4.3 billion, which indicates growth in this sector of 25%, LVMH said.

It said flagship brand Louis Vuitton had made “a remarkable start to the year” and also singled out Christian Dior, Fendi and Céline for praise.
