French leather companies urged to make CSR a priority

Following his re-election, Mr Boehly said he wants corporate social responsibility to be one of the main priorities of leather-sector companies in France over the course of his new three-year mandate.
He commented: “The competitiveness of our companies remains a priority, but we strongly encourage them to enhance their approach to corporate social responsibility.” He called this “an essential step” in increasing excellence.
