IULTCS Congress and Freiberg Leather Days to co-locate in 2019

The 2019 IULTCS Congress, which will take place in the German city of Dresden, will incorporate that year’s Freiberg Leather Days event. It will take place at the Dresden International Congress Centre from June 25-28, 2019.

The announcement was made by Dietrich Tegtmeyer, president of the IULTCS, at the 2017 Freiberg Leather Days in Oisterwijk, Netherlands (June 21-22). He said the 2019 Congress hopes to attract 400-500 participants. There will be ample exhibition space, he added, which will allow machinery and technology related to the leather industry to be displayed. 

It will be hosted by German Leather Technicians and Chemists Association (VGCT), which is also responsible for co-organising the Freiberg Leather Days event.
