Chinese officials visit Santa Croce leather institutions

A delegation from the city of Quzhou in China’s Zhejiang province spent several days in mid-January visiting Santa Croce sull’Arno in Tuscany before the two towns signed a twinning agreement.

During the visit, the Chinese officials made a full tour of sites connected to Santa Croce’s leather industry, including the Poteco technology and research centre, the Acquarno wastewater treatment plant and representatives of the tanning and leather chemicals sectors.
