Automotive group Jaguar Land Rover recruited 600 new graduates and apprentices at the start of September, the company’s highest intake to date.

Around 2,500 employees have started their careers through Jaguar Land Rover’s graduate, advanced and higher apprentice programmes over the past five years; this year’s intake is more than 100 up on last year’s and have come into a newly set up Jaguar Land Rover Academy.

The academy will offer “lifelong learning” following a structured plan, delivering training that is relevant to changing business requirements and enabling employees to progress their careers at the company, Jaguar Land Rover said.
