TFL predicts leather trends for autumn-winter 2016-17
Chemicals-maker TFL has published its Colour Trends Catalogue for autumn-winter 2016-17 predicting colours for leather garment, footwear, accessories and upholstery.
In 'Wearing' - trends for garments, footwear and accessories – colours reflect the style of the 1970s, 1980s and punk, using two-tone brushed-off calfskin, smooth bovine leather, soft lambskins and nubuck. Colours include brown, olive, blue, orange, red and violet.
In 'Living' – for interiors – there will be abundant natural leather or wet-white bovine leathers with finished 3D textures. The light and pastel colours vary from rose, yellow and orange to turquoise tones.
TFL is also introducing RODA cor HTP pigments, a range of fine dispersed anionic pigments with high transparency.
The catalogue is available from TFL's website.
