New Lectra appointment to focus on Japanese automotive market

Product lifecycle management softare and automated leather cutting technology provider Lectra has named Jean-Maurice Férauge as the new director of its business in Japan.

Based in Osaka, Mr Férauge will be responsible for developing Lectra’s presence in Japan, particularly in the automotive and fashion industries.

Lectra already supports a lot of customers in Japan, including the major automotive suppliers.

On announcing the appointment, Lectra chief executive, Daniel Harari, said 2015 would be an important year for Lectra in Japan as it is the company’s thirtieth year of doing business there.
