Rio designer makes her mark with Tanac

Brazilian leather chemicals manufacturer Tanac worked with Rio de Janeiro-based designer Isabela Capeto to prepare a display of chrome-free fashion leathers at the winter 2014 Inspiramais exhibition in São Paulo in mid-July.

In a section of the event called Eco Design, Ms Capeto showed off designs she had prepared using leather developed from Tanac’s water-based, chrome-free and vegetable tanning systems.
