Buckman recognised for employee training policies

The ranking is a 24 position jump from its 47th place position in 2013. Buckman has made the list for nine consecutive years and 11 of the last 12 years.
Chip Westbrook, vice-president of human resources, said: “Associates at the company are given opportunities for much more than just basic training on their current job. The company believes associates should have the kinds of training and skills development that help them build life-long careers.”
