Launching the Peltec range of beamhouse products, Lanxess has introduced high-performance products in all four areas of application: soaking, unhairing or liming, deliming and bating. “We know from our experience and from trials in tanneries that our Peltec integrated solutions concept provides more efficiency, sustainability and quality in the beamhouse,” said the head of Lanxess’s leather business unit in India, Arun Janakiram, in the build-up to the Chennai event.

Also on show in Chennai will be the X-Zyme process, which Lanxess has been developed in an exclusive partnership with the Danish company Novozymes.
