Open Championship headcover features Horween leather
A limited-edition golf headcover made from Horween leather has been released to coincide with The 154th Open Championship at Royal Birkdale.
The headcover forms part of an exclusive destination collection launched by golf retailer Fescue & Dunes and was developed in partnership with Bluetross, a custom leather golf accessories brand founded by craftsman Ben Hanson.
Handmade from full-grain leather supplied by Chicago-based Horween Leather Company, the headcover is embossed with the official Royal Birkdale crest to mark the venue's hosting of this year's Open Championship.
Founded in 1905, Horween is one of the oldest continuously operating tanneries in the United States and is known for supplying premium leathers to a range of luxury and sporting goods brands.
