Gemata announce next phase of governance

Giulio Mandruzzato (pictured) has been appointed chief executive officer after an extended handover, taking over from Gianni Maitan.
Mr Maitan led the business for more than twenty-three years and will continue to serve as chairman of the board, supporting ongoing technology and innovation work.
The company said the move is part of a long-term plan to strengthen governance and prepare for future market conditions. It added that Mr Mandruzzato will oversee the next stage of development while maintaining the focus on innovation, quality and advanced technology.
