UK acquisition for Poltrona Frau
Leather furniture specialist Poltrona Frau has acquired a majority stake in KJ Ryan, a UK company specialising in the development and manufacturing of high-end interior components for luxury vehicles.
Based in Coventry, KJ Ryan employs over 150 skilled workers and maintains strong partnerships with British luxury car manufacturers.
KJ Ryan will be integrated into Poltrona Frau's Interiors in Motion Business Unit in Tolentino, Italy. This acquisition enhances Poltrona Frau's capabilities in design, manufacturing, and supply chain management. The combined entity will have a turnover of €120 million and operate three manufacturing plants in Italy and the UK.
Poltrona Frau said the acquisition strengthened its position in the luxury automotive sector, emphasising its commitment to quality and growth in the market.
