Getti Quimica, a Brazilian manufacturer of leather chemicals specialising in products for tanning, retanning and finishing, has been awarded level 3 certification in the ZDHC program. 

Audited by Eurofins/BLC through the Chem-MAP program to ensure compliance with the ZDHC/MRSL (Manufacturing Restricted Substances List) version 3.1, the company states that its products comply with international restricted substance programs and follow best practices for the environment and health. 

The ZDHC program is also a reference for LWG certification protocols (MRSL), a global organisation that promotes the phase-out of hazardous chemicals in the fashion sector.
