More than 200 leathergoods brands from Italy and a wide range of other countries travelled to Milan to show off their collections of bags and small accessories for the spring-summer 2024 fashion season at the 124th edition of Mipel. The event runs from September 17-20.

New president of national leathergoods manufacturers’ association Assopellettieri, Claudia Sequi, said Mipel represented “a fundamental business opportunity” for member companies, “especially small ones”.
