A month on from its announcement that chief executive, Wolfgang Schütt, had left the company, leather chemicals group TFL has now announced that chief finance officer, Richard Fenton, has left too.

Mr Fenton had been at TFL since 2015. The company said he had decided to leave for personal and career reasons.

TFL’s new chief executive, Russell Taylor, thanked Richard Fenton for his work, particularly his contribution to bringing Lanxess’s organic leather chemicals business unit into the group in 2021.

Previous head of controlling at the group, David Blatch, is the new chief finance officer, taking up the role on September 1.
