Brands honoured by Altagamma for digital performance
Altagamma, the Italian organisation that promotes high-end leathergoods, automotive, furniture and other luxury brands, has announced the winners of its awards for leadership in “digital performance”.
This is the sixth time the organisation has run this programme, which gives recognition to brands that stand out for performing well in their e-commerce and digital communications initiatives. In total, it assesses more than 140 digital parameters in deciding which brands have shown most leadership.
It announced ‘best in class’ awards for Altagamma members in different categories. Gucci was the winner for fashion.
It also presented an international award for non-members, naming Dior as the winner for personal luxury.
In addition, a number of brands won a special mention, including Burberry for digital strategic reach, and Moncler and Poltrona Frau for outstanding digital customer experience they offer.
General manager of Altagamma, Stefania Lazzaroni, said: “The digital awards are an opportunity for brands in different sectors to gain insight into the technical evolution of their digital tools. The digital dimension has become a key part of customer relations, in synergy with the in-store experience, which continues to be of vital importance”.
