Jacquemus appoints first external CEO
Bastien Daguzan has assumed the role of chief executive at Parisian luxury brand Jacquemus, marking the first time the role has been filled by anybody other than designer Simon Porte Jacquemus, who founded the brand in 2009 at the age of 19. 

Following law studies at La Sorbonne, Mr Daguzan pursued a postgraduate qualification in fashion marketing at Institut Français de la Mode, before going on to work for Belgian fashion designer Kris Van Assche. 

He later served as chief executive for Lemaire and, most recently, Paco Rabanne. 

An upcoming collaboration between Jacquemus and sportswear brand Nike is set to launch on June 28.
