Mimosa bouquets for Arzignano women

Figli di Guido Lapi, an Italy-based supplier of vegetable tanning chemicals, delivered 500 bouquets of mimosa flowers to female tannery and factory workers around the Arzignano leather district to mark International Women’s Day (March 8).

The mimosa was supplied by South Africa’s NTE; Figli di Guido Lapi is its Italian agent.

“It is a symbolic opportunity for our company that for over 100 years has been delivering mimosa as a plant extract for the tanning industry and for leather in particular,” said the company.

Figli di Guido Lapi is part of the wider Lapi group, which includes FGL International, Finikem, Toscolapi, Gi-Elle-Emme tannery, Lapi Gelatine and Npa Mosè.
