Beijing 2022 opening ceremony bootmaker revealed

Black, white and short boot styles were all created especially for the ceremony after the firm was approached to produce samples back in October with only one week’s notice, it said, adding that the General Administration of Sport had presented it with “high standards and strict requirements” for the shoes’ warmth, comfort and aesthetics.
According to reports from within the country, Golden Monkey also made ceremonial footwear in celebration of the 70th anniversary of the establishment of the People’s Republic of China back in 2019, plus, more recently, the 100th anniversary of the founding of the country’s Communist Party last July.
