APLF postponed again, March 30 new start date

The organisers of the APLF exhibition have announced that the event will next take place in Hong Kong from March 30 to April 1, 2022.

There was a hope to be able to run APLF in November 2021 for the first time since March 2019, but the organisers have now said that waiting until March will allow for greater international participation.

Traditionally, APLF attracts participants from around 90 countries. At the moment, organisers pointed out, many people from these countries would be prevented from travelling to Hong Kong from their home governments and, on arrival, would be obliged to self-isolate for seven days by the Hong Kong authorities.

“By moving the event to 2022, we are confident that international travel will have opened up and quarantine requirements eased,” the organisers said.
