Leather Leaders interview with Dr Luis Zugno now available to read
One of the main reasons for our redesign of the leatherbiz website at the start of 2021 was to make it easier for us to share features from World Leather magazine on the website.
The latest of these longer articles to go live on the website is the written version of a conversation between the magazine and the current president of the International Union of Leather Technologists’ and Chemists’ Societies (IULTCS), Dr Luis Zugno. This is part of our Leather Leaders series.
In the course of the discussion, Dr Zugno reveals a range of leather technologies he has witnessed in a career spanning 45 years that he feels have made the biggest impression on the industry. He also lists areas in which he believes new technologies are most urgently required now.
