Famous faces model leather for LV campaign
For Louis Vuitton’s latest fall/winter 2020 campaign, director and photographer Nicolas Ghesquière has pulled together a selection of well-known faces to model the leather-infused collection.
In photos and video, French actress Marina Foïs (pictured) wears the $5350 “Futuristic Biker Leather Dress” made with calfskin and lamb, while South Korean fashion model Sora Choi shows off the calfskin LV Pont 9 handbag.
Mr Ghesquière’s other celebrity friends, models, artists and athletes to model in the campaign include Léa Seydoux, Akon Changkou, Dina Asher-Smith, Noémie Merlant, and Lous and the Yakuza.
“Representing total creative investment in a very personal collection,” the company said, “the campaign expresses contemporary freedom and the pure pleasure of clothing that is open to all manner of audacity.”
