An online resource called Sculp Leather Store has been operating in Brazil for more than a month. It is an initiative of Rio Grande do Sul-based leather manufacturer Cortume Krumenauer.

The company announced in March that it was preparing to launch Sculp after four years’ preparation work.

It said the first month had been a success, making it possible for consumers, architects, artisans and all interested parties to buy various types of leather in even very small quantities.
Company director, Joel Krumenauer, said early feedback had been “extremely positive”.
