The unlikely duo of Italian luxury label Valentino and online shopping giant Amazon have paired up to file a joint lawsuit against Kaitlyn Pan Group. 

The New York based Katilyn Pan, the lawsuit alleges, has been counterfeiting Valentino shoes and selling them online.

Reuters reports that the lawsuit focuses on the Valentino Garavani Rockstud shoe (pictured). Amazon shut down Kaitlyn Pan’s seller account last year, according to the companies, but despite issuing notices of infringement and a cease and desist order, the shoes continued to be offered on the website kaitlynpanshoes.com.
