The use of leather in high-end furniture was a particular focus of the fourth edition of Brazil’s Design na Pele project, an initiative that tanning industry association CICB runs with the country’s export promotions agency, Apex Brasil, to promote leather exports from Brazil.

On this occasion, Italian furniture group Natuzzi presented a special collection of sofas and armchairs upholstered in Brazilian leather.

It worked in partnership with three tanneries, Gobba Leather, Luiz Fuga and Minuano, and three design studios in Brazil, Furf Design Studio, Lattoog and Estúdio Bola, to complete the collection, which it called Collezione Ginga Natuzzi Editions for DNP.
