As sale talks continue, Aspinal of London hires KPMG

London-based luxury leathergoods retailer Aspinal of London has reportedly hired accounting firm KPMG to assess funding options amid talks about a sale of the company, according to Sky News. 

Aspinal of London is understood to be in discussions with several prospective buyers. But the luxury retailer has hired advisers to assess a range of funding options, Sky News reported. KPMG is set to explore alternative funding sources if an acceptable takeover option does not materialise.
