Air Canada has chosen leather from Muirhead for the seats in its new fleet of A220-300 fleet.

The airline has invested in 45 of the new planes and the first of them went into service on January 16.

Muirhead said its leather had gone into the interior both in the economy and business class cabins, giving Air Canada’s customers what the leather manufacturer called “a touch of in-flight luxury”.

It said it was delighted to work with Air Canada, which was voted the best airline in North America last year for the third year in a row.
