Assocalzaturifici elects new chair for young leaders’ group

Ms Lanciotti runs the international sales department of her family’s shoe business, Calzaturificio Lancio, which is based in Montegranaro in Le Marche.
She said on accepting the position that she will aim to use her presidency to address industry issues including innovation, bringing digital technology into production, marketing and encouraging women entrepreneurs.
“Innovation, cohesion and education: these are the three pillars that will guide our programme,” she said.
