Tyson family member takes up sustainability role

A fourth-generation of the Tyson family has become the new chief sustainability officer of meat and leather producer Tyson Foods. John Tyson has taken up the role with immediate effect.

He said at the time of the announcement that the company was in a position to lead sustainability initiatives in the food industry and would “continue challenging ourselves” to be good stewards of natural resources.
