Film celebrates Delvaux and New York City
Leathergoods brand Delvaux has commissioned film director Francesco Carrozzini to make a movie to celebrate its first US flagship store, which opened in Manhattan at the start of this year. With this in mind, the new film is called New York Stories; it premiered in New York on September 5.

According to the company, the film pays homage to the city’s “unique charisma”, as well as to “the grace and power of being a modern, independent woman in New York today”. It will show in the Manhattan store until September 13.

Women who feature in the film, alongside Delvaux bags, include musician Courtney Love (pictured), models Asia Chow and Chanel Iman, and entrepreneur Nell Diamond.

Delvaux, which is the oldest leathergoods brand in the world, is celebrating its 190th anniversary in 2019.
