AICC puts new leadership team in place

Italy’s national leather chemists’ association AICC has completed the election of a new leadership team.

At a meeting in Chiampo at the end of March, AICC members confirmed Roberto Mecenero of Arzignano leather manufacturer Gruppo Dani as its new president.

The organisation’s new vice-president will be Franca Nuti, who works at Tuscany-based leather chemicals manufacturer Figli di Guido Lapi.

Dr Giancarlo Lovato, research and development manager for leather chemicals at Corichem, will continue as AICC secretary and Vicenza-based leather consultant Valerio Nori will be the organisation’s treasurer.
