Russian shoe group keeps expanding its footprint

Russian footwear group Obuv Rossii has grown its revenues by 11% in the first nine months of 2018 compared to the same months last year, with the total reaching almost $120 million.

At the end of September 2018, Obuv Rossii had 677 stores in its network, 544 of them directly operated.

On releasing the results, chief executive, Anton Titov, commented: “Obuv Rossii will continue developing its retail chain and it plans to open 150 stores by the end of the year according to its revised investment programme. The Company will also focus on further development of its stock, additional services and omnichannel sales, which will allow it to expand the number of regular customers and increase the share of complex and repeat purchases.”
