National Beef team visits Marfrig sites in Brazil and Uruguay

Four members of the leadership team at packing and tanning group National Beef travelled to Brazil on September 17 to begin a visit to the facilities that Marfrig runs there. In April 2018 Marfrig became the majority shareholder in National Beef.

On welcoming the National Beef delegation, headed by chief executive, Tim Klein, Marfrig said it wanted to make progress on integrating the South American and North American divisions of its business.

Accompanied by senior Marfrig executives, Mr Klein and his colleagues will visit Marfrig sites at Itupeva in the state of São Paulo, Bataguassu in Mato Grosso, Pampeano in Rio Grande do Sul, and Tacuarembó in Uruguay.
