Brazilian tanneries have high hopes for ACLE 2018

Their participation is supported by the Brazilian Leather project, an initiative developed by the Centre for the Brazilian Tanning Industry (CICB) to promote hides and skins produced in the country.
The project’s stand will showcase its Preview do Couro (Leather Preview), which looks ahead to upcoming colours, textures and prints in order to anticipate the fashion trends that will be prominent in the coming years. In addition, CICB will participate in meetings of the International Council of Tanners (ICT).
CICB has said ACLE takes place this year “at a time of great expectation” in the leather industry. It added that the event traditionally provides participating Brazilian companies with relevant information on the sector’s trends, particularly with regards to the Chinese market, Brazil’s largest leather customer.
The Brazilian companies that will exhibit at ACLE 2018 are: America Leather/Gobba Leather, Coming, Curtume Della Torre, Durlicouros, Euro-América, Fuga Couros, Grupo Bom Retiro, Grupo Minuano, JBS Couros, Liderkoll, Luiz Fuga, Pacific Leather, Minerva Leather, Institutional: Brazilian Leather.
