25/04/2018
With ‘Go Digital’ as the event’s theme, there were presentations and a panel discussion on the first day involving senior spokespeople from consultancy Frost & Sullivan, tier-one automotive seating providers Faurecia and SCI Seating, and from automotive leather manufacturer Seton AutoLeather.
Lectra also offered updates on and demonstrations of its cutting technology, including a new release, V7R1, of its leathersuite software for the Versalis cutter. The technology provider said it expects this new version to help tanners achieve a 6% improvement in productivity, as well as improvements in nesting efficiency, data analysis and connectivity.
