Current National Beef Leathers management team to continue

Brazilian packer firm Marfrig has made it clear that its acquisition of a majority stake in National Beef means it will take control of all divisions of the company, including wet blue producer National Beef Leathers.

Marfrig confirmed to World Leather on April 12 that it will take charge of all parts of the business and that it has no intention of selling any part of it.

National Beef has told us that the current National Beef management team will continue to have charge of the day-to-day running of the business and it confirmed that this also applies to National Beef Leathers.
