Pons Quintana CEO takes up Momad Shoes role

Chief executive of the Menorca-based footwear brand Pons Quintana, Juan Carlos Fernández de Salort, is to take up a new role, in parallel, as president of the organising committee of the Momad Shoes exhibition in Madrid.

Spain’s main footwear industry body, FICE, nominated Mr Fernández de Salort for the role.

Momad Shoes first ran in 2013, organised by Madrid-based event company Ifema as a successor show to Modacalzado. It has had an organising committee since the start but until now no one held the role of president of that committee.
