Visitor numbers down at Première Vision Paris

Première Vision Paris has reported a year-on-year decline in attendance of 8.8% at the September edition. Across all components, including Première Vision Leather, there were 56,475 visitors and 1,898 exhibiting companies.

The organisers attributed lower visitor numbers to “a market heavily impacted and threatened by political tensions, security threats, weaker growth in emerging countries or countries in real difficulty, as well as a downturn in global textiles, clothing and leather consumption”.
