Gruppo Mastrotto to open London showroom

The group’s aim is to maintain strong contact with customers in London’s design community and allow designers to have ready access to “the highest-quality hides”. The showroom will be located in Old Street, close to important centres of design such as Shoreditch.
Gruppo Mastrotto increased its turnover by 10% in 2015 to reach €462 million. Earnings on this revenue were more than €25 million in 2015, an increase of 24% compared to the year before. The group has said it has invested 4.4% of this turnover, around €20 million in “industrial and commercial developments”.
It has more than 2,300 employees all over the world and 20 production and logistics facilities in Italy and abroad. Its leather is distributed in 110 countries around the world.
