Giorgio Armani launches Bugatti collection

Fashion house Giorgio Armani has teamed up with French luxury car manufacturer Bugatti to create a capsule collection of menswear featuring leathergoods and luxury ready-to-wear items. The range will be available in August.

The range is inspired by the horse-shaped emblem of Bugatti, which will appear on bag clasps and in the linings of bags, pockets and footwear insoles. The predominant colours will be cognac, army green and blue. Among the garments offered are coats, cashmere sweaters and a hooded leather jacket. There will also be accessories including a briefcase, belts and wallets, made from calfskin and crocodile skin.

“It was very natural to come together with Bugatti. We both worship things that are made well, made to last, created out of the best materials,” Armani said.

“The capsule condenses this encounter in a series of clothes and accessories designed to be worn by men who only look for the best and who live an active and dynamic lifestyle,” the company added.
