Lectra appoints new president of its business in North America

Automated cutting technology provider Lectra has appointed Jason Adams as its new president for North America.

Based in Atlanta, Georgia, and reporting directly to chief executive,Daniel Harari, Mr Adams’ main objective will be to develop Lectra’s presence in the US, Canada, Mexico and Central America in the automotive, fashion and furniture markets, the technology company said on making the announcement.

It also said a specific company goal is to develop activity in leather seat and interior cutting.

Mr Adams joins Lectra after 20 years in the software and services industry.
