04/01/2016
Leather chemicals manufacturer TFL will promote its belief that leather is a unique product at the 2016 India International Leather Fair in Chennai (February 1-3), and will present its range of chemicals as products that can enable tanners to make leathers of “the highest possible quality in an ecological way”.

TFL says it always wants to improve and refine its technologies and aims to help customers set up eco-friendly beamhouses, for example. Among the products it insists can help tanners achieve this are Pellvit LSS for soaking and Erhavit LSU for liming and unhairing with a “significant reduction in sulfide”.

Other products on show in Chennai will be filling agents Magnopal IPF and Magnopal IPR for retanning with a softening effect. The company will also show a new range of water-based, fine-particle sized, anionic pigments called Roda cor HTP.
