India’s CLE elects new chairman

At the thirtieth annual general meeting of India’s Council for Leather Exports (CLE) at the end of January, Rafeeque Ahmed was elected as the organisation’s chairman for the next two years, with Subash Kapoor as vice-chairman.
 
Four regional chairmen were also elected: Aqeel Ahmed for the south of India, Puran Dawar for the north, Ramesh Kumar Juneja for the east, Naresh S.Bhasin for the West and Mohamed Iftekhar for the central region.
