New chief executive for Marfrig

Mr Secco, who has worked for Marfrig for eight years, most recently as its chief executive for southern Brazil, Uruguay, Argentina and Chile, will take up the role as head of Marfrig’s global operations on February 16.
His family ran its own packer company in Uruguay, Frigorífico Tacuarembó, which was acquired by Marfrig in 2006.
