Successful conclusion to Fimec 2014

The 2014 edition of Fimec ended in Novo Hamburgo on March 21, with the organisers saying they expect the final visitor numbers to be in excess of 40,000 for the three days of the show.

Brazilian leather industry organisations said soon after the close that some exhibitors were reporting a 10% increase in orders taken at Fimec compared to the 2013 event.

There were visitors from 41 different countries and more than 600 exhibitors.
