Carmaker Cadillac has unveiled a prototype two-door coupe, said to lead the brand's re-entry into the luxury vehicle market and for which it has chosen camel leather for part of the interior.

The Elmiraj has high-performance seats that are designed to support “spirited driving”, Cadillac said. The dash has backlit titanium trim with camel leather and wood trim from fallen Brazilian rosewood.

The car was designed at GM's studios in North Hollywood, California, and built in Michigan. It is not clear when the vehicle will be launched.
