Coach poaches creative director from Loewe

US-based leathergoods brand Coach has hired the creative director of Spanish rival Loewe to be its new executive creative director, replacing Reed Krakoff.

Stuart Vevers, who has been at Loewe since 2008, will be responsible for all creative aspects at Coach.

Mr Vevers will report directly to Coach’s chief commercial officer, Victor Luis, who becomes CEO early next year.
