Sales at the group, which owns leathergoods brands Lancel and Alfred Dunhill, grew 14% to €10.2 billion for the year ending March 31, 2013.
In November, Mr Rupert announced he was stepping down as CEO to make way for deputies Bernard Fornas and Richard Lepeu. During his absence, which begins after the annual meeting in September, deputy chairman Yves-André Istel will chair the board.
