Specialist zip manufacturer YKK exhibited a range of new products for leathergoods at the recent Modamont exhibition, co-located with Le Cuir A Paris.

One of these will be of particular interest to leathergoods manufacturers specialising in reptile skin effects.

“With reptile effects being bang on trend, YKK has developed a puller with a snakeskin look, obtained using high-precision laser printing,” the company said. It added that the snakeskin-look puller could also be of interest to footwear and garment manufacturers.
